    Company owners of LTD companies are required to keep full accounting and prepare open annual settlements. Establishing an LTD company requires an entry in the British Companies House.
  • VAT registration and settlement
  • Payroll 
    Consists of HR and payroll services: ordering payments, calculating contributions, controlling leaves, etc.
  • Annual settlements of LTD companies 
    Running an LTD company in the UK requires an annual settlement, which must be submitted 12 full months from the date of its registration. The director of the LTD company is obliged at the end of the financial year to prepare and approve the company's annual balance sheet - Annual Account.
  • Self assessment - annual declaration for sole tradership.
    This declaration is also made by:
    • directors of the LTD company or shareholders of such companies,
    • property owners who rent it out and receive at least £ 2,500 on that account,
    • people earning more than £ 10,000 on their savings per year.
  • CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) accounting is a tax system dedicated to the construction industry.
